Boy did it ever warm up this past Sunday. The sun came out and it was a great opportunity to take the camera out for a spin as it almost felt like spring at times. This was my first time shooting at the bird sanctuary at the end of Swan Lake and what gem this spot is. The only down fault is the close proximity to the high way but non the less I experienced a beautiful walk through the frost covered trees. A mist was hanging over town in the early morning hours and so when it finally lifted and the sun came out it was a true spectacle of colour. In the late afternoon I ventured out to Okanagan Lake around sunset trying to get a few keepers. Below are my favourite shots from the day.
