Lunar Eclipse on Solstice
Clouds and mist came rolling across the sky last night as I made an attempt to capture the lunar eclipse. Pretty cool that it would happen on the shortest day of the year. As a photographer I am looking forward to the days getting longer as I inevitable shoot much more in the spring summer and fall months. The lunar eclipse photo was captured with my 5D II, an EF 300 2.8L IS lens withe 1.4x extender. ISO 1600, f/4 and a shutter speed of 1/13 sec. Click here to view a larger photo.
